with advance notice. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment
may incur a cancellation fee.

scheduled service time. If access is denied, a fee may be charged. Clients are responsible
for securing pets during the cleaning process.

liable for damages or losses to personal property. Clients are advised to secure valuables
and report any concerns immediately.

you are dissatisfied with the service, please notify us within 1-2 business days, and we
will work to address and resolve the issue promptly.
- Confidentiality: Our staff is committed to maintaining confidentiality
regarding clients’ homes and personal information. Any sensitive information shared during
the cleaning process will be handled with discretion.
- Indemnification: Clients agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any
claims, losses, or damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited
to, any breach of these Terms and Conditions.
- Termination: We reserve the right to terminate services or refuse future
services to any client for reasons including but not limited to, non-payment, disrespectful
behavior, or violation of these Terms and Conditions.
- Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of
Connecticut. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved through arbitration or
the appropriate legal channels.
